Ordering From Paradise Pretty:
Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Postage is calculated on weight to keep it fair. You will be able to see the postage cost before you pay. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.
Delivery schedule:
We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK, 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World.
Payment:
We currently only accept payment by PayPal, a safe method of payment which can be used by customers both in the UK or overseas. PayPal accept most major credit or debit cards. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS.
Packaging:
At Paradise Pretty we like happy customers, and want you to receive your purchase in the same good condition it left us. We select packing carefully to ensure that it suits the product and will protect your purchase in transit.
Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)
For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling.
Postage is based on weights, which will be added up in your cart as you shop. You will be able to see the total postage cost before you make your payment. Postage prices for overseas destinations (outside the UK) include International Signed For if the total weight is above 120g. For example for a single pendant or similar item, you won't be charged for ISF.
Items mailed to within the UK will normally be sent first class. International Signed For by Airmail is used to all overseas destinations up to a limit of 2kg for all but the lowest value parcels. If your selection is heavier than 2kg and you live overseas, then please email us first so we can give you a quote.
Paradise Pretty reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.
Overseas & non-mainland UK:
For overseas and non-mainland UK deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email us at for a quote. Items mailed outside the UK will normally be sent by International Signed For and insured for £30.00. Heavier items may be sent Surface mail (if selected) and will normally be insured for £30.00. This service takes weeks, rather than days. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Paradise Pretty reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate. Enhanced insurance up to a value of £200.00 starts at just £1.00 extra and is highly recommended.
RETURNS:
Faulty Goods
If any item is found to be faulty, please notify us at sales@paradisepretty.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of goods explaining what the problem is. We will then advise you on which postal/courier service to use. We will not pay postage exceeding the cost of the service advised. The packaging for the retuned items should be returned with your goods as we may need them to claim if the items you received were damaged in transit. Returns should then be addressed to Paradise Pretty, 37 Chesterton Drive, Worksop, Nottinghamshire, S81 0RF and sent within 14 days of you receiving them with your packing slip (or a copy of it) included in the parcel within 14 days of you receiving them. We will replace your purchase wherever possible or refund your money if we’re unable to provide a replacement. Any reimbursements will be made via the PayPal account you used to pay with. Reimbursements will only be made after the goods have been returned. It is advisable to obtain a free Proof of Postage from the Post Office to insure your parcel in transit.
Perfect Goods
Even when goods are perfect, it is your right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt. Please advise us of your intention to return goods by emailing sales@paradisepretty.co.uk before you post. If at all possible, please reuse the packaging we sent your parcel in, as it was chosen to suit your item. If you supply your own packaging it is at your own expense and should be suitable to return your goods in the condition you received them. We will return payment for the full cost of the goods, but not for the original postage and packing, nor for the return postage and packing. All goods will be inspected on return to check that we have received them in a resalable condition including the manufacturers packaging. Any seals, tags, labels etc. must be undamaged and must not have been removed from the item. Any manufacturers packaging such as, but not exclusively, barcoded bags, presentation bags, tins etc. must be also be in perfect condition. If these are damaged, then the item will not be resalable and will not qualify for a refund.
