Ordering From Paradise Pretty:

Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. UK postage is free. Overseas postage is calculated on weight to keep it fair. You will be able to see the postage cost before you pay. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.

Advice on Measuring – Do’s and Don’t

T Shirts: Measure a T Shirt that fits you armpit to armpit and compare it with the measurements given on the size guide in the description. Don’t read the size on a T Shirt you already wear and order the same size. It may not fit.

Belts: Measure your waist holding the tape measure loosely so that your belt will not be too tight. Don’t read the label on a belt you already own or use the label on your trousers as a guide. Belts and trousers both stretch so you probably won’t order the right size.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your item within 30 minutes of payment by emailing sales@paradisepretty.co.uk and typing “Cancellation” in the subject line. Even after 30 minutes we will still cancel your item for you if it hasn’t been dispatched. In the event of it having been dispatched you can still return it, but it will be at your own expense and your refund will be minus the postage and packaging cost.

Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK, 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World.

Payment:

Choose your method of payment from the options provided at the checkout. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS.

Packaging:

We want you to receive your purchase in the same good condition it left us. We select packing carefully to ensure that it suits the product and will protect your purchase in transit. Please open your package carefully so that you can use the same packaging to return the item if necessary.

Deliveries to UK (inc. Northern Ireland)

UK deliveries are free.

Items mailed to within the UK will normally be sent first class Signed For post. Paradise Pretty reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.

Deliveries Overseas

For overseas deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small amount for packaging. The postage cost will be shown at the checkout before you pay. Items sent overseas will normally be sent by Airsure or International Signed For. If you want to place a large order, please email sales@paradisepretty.co.uk first so we can give you an accurate quote as very heavy packages may need to be split into two or more packages. Paradise Pretty reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, when deemed to be more appropriate. You will be sent the tracking number once the item has been sent. You should be able to track this on the websites of most country’s Post Offices. These include Australia and Germany but there are many more. It is advisable to keep an eye on its progress so you can collect it if you are not home when a delivery is attempted. If packages are returned to us because the courier couldn’t deliver we will have to charge the postage and packing to resend. Due to a change in our insurance policy, we are no longer able to ship to USA and Canada.

RETURNS:

Faulty Goods

If any item is found to be faulty, please email sales@paradisepretty.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of goods explaining what the problem is. We will then advise you on which postal/courier service to use. We will not pay postage exceeding the cost of the service advised. The packaging for the retuned items should be returned with your goods as we may need them to claim if the items you received were damaged in transit. Returns should be addressed to Paradise Pretty, 37 Chesterton Drive, Worksop, Nottinghamshire, S81 0RF and sent within 14 days of you receiving them with your packing slip (or a copy of it) included in the. We will replace your item wherever possible or refund your money if we are unable to provide a replacement. Any reimbursements will be made via the same method you used to pay. Reimbursements will only be made after the goods have been returned. It is advisable to obtain a free Proof of Postage from the Post Office to insure your parcel in transit.

Perfect Goods

Even when goods are perfect, it is your right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Please advise us of your intention to return goods by emailing sales@paradisepretty.co.uk before you post. If at all possible, please reuse the packaging we sent your parcel in, as it was chosen to suit your item. If you supply your own packaging it is at your own expense and should be suitable to return your goods in the condition you received them. We will return payment for the full cost of the goods, but not for the original postage and packing, nor for the return postage and packing. All goods will be inspected on return to check that we have received them in a resalable condition including the manufacturers packaging. Any seals, tags, labels etc. must be undamaged and must not have been removed from the item. Any manufacturers packaging such as, but not exclusively, barcoded bags, presentation bags, tins etc. must be also be in perfect condition. If these are damaged, then the item will not be resalable and will not qualify for a full refund. Returns should be addressed to Paradise Pretty, 37 Chesterton Drive, Worksop, Nottinghamshire, S81 0RF within 14 days of you receiving them with your packing slip (or a copy of it) included in the parcel. Any reimbursements will be made via the method you used to pay for your goods. Reimbursements will only be made after the goods have been returned and inspected. Clothing must have no odours such as perfume or aftershave from being tried on. It is advisable to obtain a free Proof of Postage from the Post Office to insure your parcel in transit.

Exchanges

We will exchange goods if they have not be worn or used. Clothing must have no odours such as perfume or aftershave from being tried on. It must also be returned in undamaged manufacturers packaging. We provide measurements for products in the description, and in the case of many items also provide advice on ordering the correct size. Before returning an item, please measure it to compare with the size in the size guide. If the measurement in the size guide is accurate, then the responsibility lies with the customer to pay the cost of returning the item and also for the cost of an exchange being sent. If an exchange is request because the buyer as made an error in measuring then we do charge for resending. The charge will not exceed the cost of postage and packing. If a payment is required for resending goods then an invoice will be sent. An exchange will be sent only after payment is received. If a larger size is required which is more expensive, the difference between the purchase price and the price of the new size will be included in the invoice. Conversely, if the item to be sent is less expensive then we will make an adjustment to account for this. All goods will be inspected on return to check that we have received them in a resalable condition including the manufacturers packaging. Packaging advice for Returns

 

When using the Royal Mail, it is advisable to pack the item as flat as possible when sending T Shirts so your item  can be sent as “Large Letter”. If the package thickness exceeds 2.5cm it is classed as a “Small Packet” and is considerably more expensive to send even if it is very light in weight. It is best to try and copy the way your item was packed and folded, as it will have been done that way to ensure it was sent as inexpensively as possible, while also providing protection in transit. If your item wasn’t sent by Recorded Delivery, then please use ordinary first or second class post to return it. A free Proof of Postage from the post office will insure it while in the care of the Royal Mail.
